- Primary Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development:
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email campaigns, mobile messaging, push notifications, and customer journeys.
- Customize and configure Marketing Cloud components (e.g., Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Web Studio).
- Ensure seamless integration of Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud and other external systems (e.g., CRM, MC Connect, third-party data sources).
Data Cloud Integration:
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to centralize customer data, providing a unified view for marketing activities.
- Implement data synchronization, data segmentation, and automation workflows to ensure accurate and real-time data availability for targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines for improved marketing analytics and reporting.
Campaign Management and Automation:
- Implement and maintain automated marketing workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers at every touchpoint.
- Build, test, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, track performance, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Marketing Cloud environments.
- Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and workflows.
Agentforce (Bonus)
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to provide agents with real-time customer data, personalized journey insights, and seamless cross-channel communication.
- Optimize the workflow for customer support agents by utilizing AI-powered recommendations and automated responses, enhancing the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient agent workflows, reducing manual tasks and improving service delivery.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are logged, analyzed, and acted upon to drive actionable marketing and customer service strategies.
- Required Qualifications
Experience:
- At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data integration, segmentation, and management.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for developing dynamic content, landing Pages and email templates.
- Expertise in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and similar Marketing Cloud tools.
- Solid experience with APIs, including integration of Salesforce with external systems (e.g., third-party platforms, CRMs, databases).
- Familiarity with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce tools and their integration with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus.
Certifications:
- Minimum - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist is a plus.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
- Salesforce AI Specialist is a plus
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
