Role Overview
Accelerize 360 is looking for a People Operations Manager to join our growing team to manage HR for the US and Canada. This role will develop and implement People and Talent strategies. Impacting our overall employee experience, the People Ops Manager will focus on new employee onboarding, HR compliance, benefits management, and employee relations.

The People Operations Manager will support the other human resources functions as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the People and Talent Team and leadership to manage compensation philosophy and align pay practices across the organization
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and leadership on retention, performance, employee relations, training, benefits and compliance
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Manage and improve the company-wide employee review process
  • Collaborate with Finance to run bi-weekly payroll
  • Serve as the benefits administrator and evaluate benefit programs and offerings
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommend best practices, and review policies to maintain compliance
  • Manage new hire onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success starting from day 1
  • Support the recruiting process as necessary
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Ability to work in a high-growth environment with multiple priorities and aggressive goals
  • The drive to operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions
  • Natural curiosity, critical thinking, flexibility and a continuous learning mindset
  • A high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
  • A belief that people are the foundation for our company’s growth and success
  • Knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
